Delivery and Returns

At Great Mills we want to ensure an easy and stress free shopping experience which is why we aim to deliver every product within 1-2 working days (This Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). Due the the large range of products available which all consist of different sizes and weights we use a mix of 3rd party courier companies to deliver our products direct to your door nationwide.

Every item is delivered within 1-2 working days unless an extended lead time is stated on the product page itself. Sometimes orders will take longer to arrive and this is generally due to a problem with the courier or your address which is out of our control. We urge you to contact us immediately should you have any problems.

Offshore addresses, Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands may take up to 5 working days on some occasions.

Returns

We endeavour to deliver your item on time and in one piece but if something should go wrong and you wish to return it there are some things listed below you may wish to consider.

DAMAGES

If your box or item arrives damaged the first thing you should do is signed for the item as damaged with the courier. Secondly you should inform our support team immediately or within 7 days of receipt of the goods via email ( we require this in writing) you will be asked for your order number and pictures of the damages so it is best to have these ready immediately. We will then either collect or replace the goods if it is unusable or send out a replacement part if a piece is damaged.

FAULTY GOODS

If an item arrives faulty or becomes faulty you will need to inform us in writing immediately. Each items is covered for a maximum of 12 months warranty against faults. If the item becomes faulty within the first 30 days of receipt we will happily exchange or refund you for the item. If the item becomes faulty after 30 days of receipt then you may only be entitled to a repair or replacement and not a refund.

UNWANTED GOODS

Every item we sell is thoroughly checked and photo’s taken in house to ensure the website is up-to-date and the item is exactly as described. If you decide you no longer want the product then you must inform us within writing within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have an extra 16 days to return the goods (30 days from receipt). Please include your order number and reason for return. You will need to return the goods yourself or if needed we can arrange a collection of the goods chargeable to your account or deducted from your refund.
